Ron Goldman's Father Wants Rights to O.J. Simpson Photos
In 1997, a $33.5 million dollar judgement was handed down in a civil case against O.J. Simpson for the murder of Simpson's wife, NIcole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.
On September 5, 2006, Ron Goldman's father asked the court to award him the publicity rights to the name, image and likeness of O.J. Simpson in order to recover an estimated $20 million -- his part of the judgement. The court will hear the matter on October 17.
