Jessica Alba Into the Blue: Nude Scene Next?
With the release of Paul Walker and Jessica Alba's latest movie, Into the Blue, reviewers don't have much to say about the film, but Jessica Alba's bikini and Jessica Alba's breasts are getting unprecedented coverage in the media.
Into the Blue is a story that takes place on a beautiful island — a story about hidden treasure, guns, drugs and money. And along with the story comes the bronzed bodies of Jessica Alba and Paul Walker, which seems to be the main focus of the film.
The movie's plot is secondary to the MTV-like scenes and the bikini-clad Alba, though the PG-13 rating keeps things pretty much under wraps. Even Jessica Alba's grandmother is talking about the star's bikini, calling it way too skimpy for her to be prancing around in.
According to FemaleFirst, Alba remarked that her grandmother "never likes me in bathing suits because they always expose my breasts."
The Into the Blue movie poster too gives Jessica Alba's breasts some extra play (see Jessica Alba photo above).
In a recent interview, Access Hollywood's Tony Potts asks, "How about that poster of you guys? There's hardly any clothes on there."
"I know. They enhanced it a little bit," Jessica replied.
"What did they enhance?" asks Potts for clarification.
"Right there," replies Jessica, pointing to her breasts.
"They always do it. And in [the poster for] Fantastic Four, please— they did it big time!"
Not to be left out, the mainstream media chimes in with some bold truth as well. The AP's David Germain writes, "At times, Into the Blue seems to exist solely to show off Jessica Alba's body."
Leonard Martinez of the El Paso Times predicts, "99 percent of the male audience will be attending [the movie] to view Alba in a bikini or her skin-tight scuba outfit."
And Glen Baity of Yes! Weekly gets right to the point in his article: "Jessica Alba's Breasts: The Movie." The story's title speaks for itself.
What does Jessica Alba have to say about all this attention?
She told Fox News, "I do not like being in my bathing suit. Especially in front of strangers, especially in front of cameras. I can't say that I would ever do a movie in a bikini again," Alba said.
However, according to The Sun, Jessica Alba told OK Magazine that she is open to doing a nude scene in a future movie.
Alba is quoted as saying, "I'm going to have to face that when a big director who I really respect has an amazing story—it might be necessary for me to do a nude scene. But right now, I couldn't sleep well at night being naked in anything. My father would lose his mind!"
The film Into the Blue is directed by John Stockwell (Blue Crush) and stars Paul Walker, Jessica Alba, nude, Josh Brolin, Ashley Scott, Tyson Beckford, Scott Caan, Dwayne Adway, and Chris Taloa. Into the Blue opened in theaters September 30, 2005.
