Anyone know what neighborhood's Ben and Jennifer are looking in, or what neighborhoods they might look in around Charlottesville, VA? I think they're looking for something a bit rural. Any comments from Charlottesville residents would be appreciated! Thanks

Most celebrites buy property outside of the city limits--they opt for the big farmhouses in the surrounding county.

If Molly is right, it sure looks like a nice place -- 645 acres, $6 million dollars. Not sure if they are really moving there, but if they are, you can see photos of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's new house.
